Blue Book of Pianos Appraisal Form

WHAT'S YOUR PIANO REALLY WORTH?
ACCURATE AND FAIR USED PIANO PRICES!

Discover the value of your piano today. Many factors affect piano value including: geographic location, age, condition of the piano cabinet, structure and inner parts, and the eagerness of the potential buyer (or seller). An appraisal prevents you from selling your piano for too little or paying too much for one. But at times you may want or need a written appraisal to prove that value under certain conditions. We provide the necessary signed written legal and IRS Form 8283 at an additional cost of $50.

*Written Appraisals are needed for such purposes such as:

BUYING INSURANCE COMMUNITY PROPERTY
SELLING ESTATE TAX REBUILDING
TRADING DONATIONS EQUAL DISTRIBUTION
DAMAGE CLAIMS REFINISHING TAX DEDUCTIONS

We combine over 50 years of piano buying and selling experience with the latest sales data in order to provide you with an accurate current value of your piano based on these facts, not by guesswork or approximation. The charge for each Appraisal is $40.00.
